The objective of this zooarchaeological study is to determine if the remains found have been the product of the feeding of what was the first Chapel of the Virgin of Luján or of a domestic context of the city during the 19th century. It also includes the data that may contribute to the material culture related to food practices (objects of earthenware, glass, metal, etc.) and written documents.
